The Sleepy Lobo Inn is a 1920s home and full-service Bed & Breakfast just steps from Nob Hill, across the street from the University of New Mexico (UNM), and only a few blocks to some of Albuquerque’s best local shops, breweries, cocktail bars, and top-rated restaurants!
The Inn is furnished with European antiques and numerous services to make you feel at home. As a traditional Bed & Breakfast, all rooms offer ample amenities to make your stay comfortable and relaxing, with comfy beds, luxurious linens, spa robes, and soothing bath & body products. Special attention is paid to keep you safe in the shared bath, complete with individual bathmats and shower caddies to safeguard your health and wellness.
Guests enjoy homemade bread and pastries along with a scrumptious hot breakfast in the dining room or out on the inviting outside patio next to the rose garden and pond. In the afternoon, afternoon tea is served in the bright dining room featuring homemade scones and shortbread along with Albuquerque’s pinon coffee.
Guests end their evening in the welcoming living room with snacks and a quiet place to read or reflect on the day’s activities.
Whether on foot, using rideshare or public transportation, the location of the Inn and accessibility to Albuquerque Rapid Ride allows guests to explore the quaint shops, museums, and hot spots in Nob Hill, Old Town, and Downtown easily. For the adventurous, check out the Petroglyphs, hit the Sandia Mountain trails, ride the Rail Runner to Santa Fe, or explore the many historical sights just a short drive away from the city.

Guests are able to cancel a reservation up to 8 days before the arrival date for a full refund. If cancelled 7 days or less before arrival or in the case of a no-show, guest will be charged for the entire stay unless the guest rebooks or works out an alternative solution with the Innkeeper.
Balloon Fiesta time frame and whole house bookings are excluded from this policy. See below *
Guests are encouraged to call the innkeeper at 410-474-9780 as soon as the guest requires a change to the reservation for the best possible outcome.
Please contact the property for your refund when applicable. Refunds are provided via check sent within 7 days.
*A 30 day cancellation notice is required for all bookings during the Balloon Fiesta time frame or for all whole-house bookings for guests to receive a full refund.
