Cancellation PolicyIf you cancel your reservation more than 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, your deposit will be refunded, minus a $25 per-room fee or 10% of the total amount of the stay, whichever is greater. If you cancel less than 7 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. If the entire cancelled visit is re-booked by another guest, your deposit will be refunded, minus a $25 per-room fee or 10% of the total amount of the stay, whichever is greater.
